Our Story
KatsKlass Pottery Studio – Creating with Passion Since 2010
What began as a small pottery shed at the bottom of Kat's garden in the UK has grown into the welcoming creative studio that is KatsKlass Pottery Studio today.
Kat discovered her passion for ceramics in 2010, spending countless hours learning, experimenting and falling in love with the endless possibilities of clay.
What started as a hobby soon became a lifelong passion and, eventually, a thriving business built on creativity, craftsmanship and a genuine love of sharing pottery with others.
After moving to the beautiful Charente region of France in 2019, Kat realised her dream of opening a dedicated pottery studio. In 2021, KatsKlass Pottery Studio welcomed its first visitors, and it has continued to grow into a vibrant, creative space where people of all ages and abilities can experience the joy of working with clay.
Every piece created at KatsKlass reflects Kat's commitment to quality, individuality and craftsmanship.
Whether making functional pottery, decorative ceramics, or teaching others, her goal has always remained the same: to create beautiful, handcrafted pieces to be treasured for years to come.
Today, the studio is more than just a place to make pottery. It is a peaceful, newly redesigned and air-conditioned space where people can slow down, relax, reconnect with themselves and discover the therapeutic benefits of clay.
